Lunch at Skinny Vic's

Why Skinny Vic's?  Well, first, location.  Located in the same area as Home Depot, big parking lot, easy access into the restaurant, and a wonderful menu that accommodates the many food sensitivities or allergies we are seeing these days.  The atmosphere is welcoming and food is delicious.  We have met here now for three months, and not a complaint has been voiced. (Well, Corinne says that the Carrot Cake is great but could use more frosting. There is a lot of frosting, she just would love more.
