A conversation comes first.

You don’t need to have every detail figured out to take a first step. Expressing interest gives you a chance to ask questions, meet a ministry leader, and explore where you might serve.

Do I need experience?

Some roles draw on specific skills, while others offer opportunities to learn. A ministry leader can explain the experience, preparation, and training involved.

Can my family serve together?

Let us know you’re interested in serving as a family. A ministry leader can help you explore suitable opportunities and explain any age or supervision requirements.

What if my availability is limited?

Share what works for your schedule. The ministry leader can discuss the team’s needs and help you consider whether the role is a good fit for your current season.

Will I need a background check?

Depending on the role, screening may be part of the process. The ministry leader will explain any required background checks or other steps before you begin.

    Talk through the opportunity, ask questions, and learn about the team’s schedule and expectations before making a commitment.

    Review any orientation, training, or screening required for your role. Your ministry leader can guide you through the next steps.

  4. Take your first step

    Coordinate your first serving opportunity with the team and know who to contact when questions come up.
