Equipped Game Night and Bonfire

The Equipped April event will be a bonfire, rock climbing, and yard game night at the Wergin residence. If your student is interested in attending, you can just follow the instructions below. 

How to Register:

1. Fill out and return the Participation Agreement Participation Agreement Form

2. Fill out and return the Release of Liability Form. Release of Liability Form

Return both forms to Kate or Wyatt Wergin.
